if bookies are off on 1 game who cares. Bet your one game, they have to worry about several sports.
also, the bookies are just trying to even out the bets on both sides of the coin. the only way they can lose is when no one bets.

I think when a number jumps that quickly it's usually sharp money pounding the number, I can't see a lot of public money coming in, in the matter of 5 minutes to move a line 3 points
