of course they are "capable" this play is 2 fold for me.. #1, Northern Iowa can clearly play with them... #2 when a team is favored by as much or more than they were for the full game... its an AUTOMATIC play for me... I always fade favorites in this sort of situation.

For Kansas not to cover the -12 they have to lose the game so it looks like they are done
