online casinos can rip you apart--an addicted gamblers story
i used to bet 100's and even 1000's ---now i go to the store and buy 25 dollar gift cards--not much slack to lose. i take a risk and hit a 3 team 2nd half parlay 25 for 168--that gives me 193------i throw 80 on the under in the 2nd half syracuse game giving me 271.00-----I know it's not nuch but when youre broke and its march madness and need that fix--it feels good.I can't sleep--I wake up--play a few hands of roulette and all of a sudden ,i'm fighting for my life until the account is empty.

now i have to lie to my girlfriend in the morning an buy a measley 25 dollar gift card.no margain for error----it's such an empty feeling that i can't describe it.I've ruined everything-i literally want to cry. not to mention---i play streak for the cash and had a 10 game streak and took Florida State--for no reason(I needed the immediate fix.)--and lost that---how many 25 dollar gift cards can i buy?--i've never done drugs but this is like drugs------it will strip u of every bit of dignity that u have and lying to people really sux!!!!!my car is falling apart and I'm thinking of how I could have turned the 270.00 into a lot more.-----I feel like scum-----i think to myself that i can play a moneyline parlay with the 25 but I did an 8 team ml parlay last week and lost with Roger Federer -1000!!!!!!!!!!--------that's my story,if i can help anyone from getting addicted, please read this----I'm a good loyal person with a gambling problem that's ruining my life---I could buy a couple of houses with all my gambling loses instead,I have NOTHING----i feel like a piece of garbage ----Stay within your limits!!!!!!!!!! or you'll be like me

Sorry to hear about your casino experience. Realizing you have a problem is the a big part of solving the problem.

Not to add to your misery but after all those losses you played an 8 team parlay with huge ML favs? You are making it personal, you vs gambling. Take a break and if you want to gamble do some research on money management. If you limit your bank roll to 10% of whatever you make a year and divide that by 12 months, now you have a monthly gambling budget. Never exceed it and you will not get hurt. If that is not enough to feel the rush then find a new hobby.

You should probably take a few months off will2survive. Gambling will still be there. If after the couple of months off you continue to have the same attitude towards gambling than perhaps it's time to start think about quitting gambling for good.

In all seriousness, you need to get some help.

When it is just the "buzz" that you crave and it doesn´t matter where you get it (I recall you made a thread about your poker losses earlier) then it is not a question of you having fun pitting your wits against other players or oddsmakers.

Winning some sports bets that involve some degree of ability/skill and then attempting to extend those gains (or chase losses) in a game, like roulette, that involves only luck, is the behavior of someone who has a problem. When it is with money they cannot afford to lose, then it is a serious problem.

I would sincerely suggest you contact GA or a similar organisation.
            BOL.

I don't see how anyone can be addicted to an online casino. The ONLY reason they exist is to recover points/money that the site has lost elsewhere. Nobody wins in the long run.

Survive, first thing you have to concede to is somethings are to big for a person to handle by themselves , and i would say that is where you are now in your life. Now this doesn't mean that your screwed far from it, this means the hard part is going to be over. Depending on your fianaces is how you attack this problem.contact gamblers anon theres a 800 number . They have delt with many people and helped. If you could afford or have insurance a shrink deals with gambling issues they will ease you down and make it comfortable as long as you really want to stop. Good luck and i wish you success.
