Are this year's 1st round 1 vs 16 spreads a lot smaller than previous years?

    Are this year's 1st round 1 vs 16 spreads a lot smaller than previous years?
    I recall the last 9-10 years that in the first rounds, a 1 seed usually lays a ton of points. By a ton i mean at least 24 points. I recalled most 1 seeds 23-40 points the last few years. I don't watch CBB this year but did watch a lot the previous years but wow there is only one team that lays at least 20 points in the first round game.

    I know this tourney can be won by anyone but i see some 2 seeds laying just 10 points to 15 seeds and this is just not usual compared the last 10 years or so I been watching it.

    I never seen anyhting close to 40, and have seen as low as 9. 15 and 16 seeds have cleaned up against the spread recently so the lines are slightyl lower than the past.
