Why would you want Kershaw in game 5? 3 days rest against Lester? Basically a coin flip. then Maeda has to pitch in Chicago against Hendricks in that scenario. Let the kid pitch at home and let Kershaw be on a full rest against Hendricks. If the Dodgers win tonight it's over. If the Cubs win tonight they still have to find a way to win one of these two:
Maeda vs Lester: adv Cubs
Kershaw vs Hendricks: adv Dodgers
Hill vs Arrieta: adv Dodgers
