they're called noob gains. you start working out and you gain muscle massquickly and easily for the first one or two months, then it tapers off. next month you will look the same.

I just started buying low fat/calorie foods. I also drink protein shakes and eat veggie burgers. Im actually finding it very easy to get in shape. Just 2 months ago i had a big pot belly...by next month i should look like bruce lee.
