I would be flying into Cuba via Mexico. My Brother just got back from Cuba and loved it. He said go to Cuba over Costa Rica any day of the week. I am getting my plane tickets as soon as we decide on a place. Non gambling related, just looking to party, let off some stress and have a good time...
