Can't wait to grill myself, think we will grill Pork Chops tomorrow, with BBQ Sauce and House of Blues seasoning...if you've never tried it, its EXCELLENT. Check it out.

Love a good blackened fish or chicken too, need the iron skillet for it though to get it right, a regular pan won't cut it.
