They can beat Jackson St. by 30 if they decide to show up. Once again another SWAC school!

fighting for the 65th best team in America is a tough bet. With those NIT teams, you never know if the big conference schools have packed it in for the season. Don't bet the NIT until the second round.

I thought they would be so depressed that they might lose this game. Ms State beat 4 NCAA tourny teams on the road or neutral courts, Florida beat 1, considering the committee was going to choose between those 2 teams because SEC was getting 4, I think MSState got robbed, the who you have beaten on neutral court or road is the most apples to apples argument of any because the tourny games are not played at home and is never even spoken on, by the way, BYU beats Florida badly Thursday, good day

You know nothing about sports and should not be betting if you think the NCAA tourny has the best 64, try maybe 48 at best, you basically have to take away all but maybe 2, 13-16 seeds and put truly worthy teams in. Add Miss State, Illinois, and a host of others and you are talking about 64 best

system has worked fine for many years. Everyone knows the rules and what they need to do to get into the dance. What ever is left over can play in the National Inviational Tournment.

System works fine, but still doesn't mean they are the best 64 teams...

well the Illinois's, and MSU's can drop their conference affiliations and move to the MAC and SWAC conferences. All they would be giving up is a scholarship reduction, conference TV money and boosters. Then all they have to do is win their conference and or conference tournment and their in the final 64. Just like Leigh, E. Tennessee St., Robert Morris and N. Texas.

That was a huge game for instate Jackson State...that's why they covered. Probably the best bet on tonight's card. Miss State was happy to just get the win.
