Anyone heard of these. A local has teaser cards and they are based on 4 pts. What are the standard odds on the payouts if anyone has ever heard of them.

I've dealt with a lot of locals and I can't remember any of them ever offering a 4 point teaser for football before. However, they sure do offer them on hoops though.
