think it is more a contract that contains some minium quotas/requirements. and in return he gets a % or piece of the SBR profits pie.... this way he can be exstrinsically motivated to help build up the site/traffic using whatever means necesary via posts/vids/outside involvement with key posters to stir things up. while still required to maintain a certain # of posts and vids in a certain time period. This explains why he "mails it in" for certain periods of time.
on top of that, a larger piece of the affliate/sign ups through SBR for a book like RebateWager for instance, is part of the contract. I"m sure it is incentive laden in all sorts of areas that we don't have any clue about. one thing is for sure in the contract. NO POSTING ANYWHERE ELSEComment -

I think he has a quota he has to reach for videos as he usually puts one out about every 2-3 days. JJ is a big timer who gets laughed at here but he's the one that gets the last laugh. SBR gives him big bucks to act like a jackass.Comment -
