bwin has been experiencing a lot of issues with fraudulent groups from Ukraine and Russia. For months, I had been grinding through these complaints one at a time.

Now, it looks like the Russians are raising the ante. I'm getting about 5 new complaints a week, all from Russia. Every one of these complaints is identical. "I make deposit, get bonus, win, account is closed".

Now though, each new Russian player is just writing me directly. Completely skipping the complaint form. And some of them aren't even bothering with English.

We're either going to have to get a new "Russian Bwin fraud" form, or stop servicing the Russians.

The standard M.O. is to create multiple accounts with fake I.D.s. A lot of east-block IDs are hand-written, so it's very easy to counterfeit.
