can't wait. just finished my first draft of my "quick draw lines" soley by looking at schedule, rpi, kenpom, # of away wins, last 12 games, and location of the game...... going back now to look at injuries throughout the year and how the affected the aforementioned and what the current roster is, roster age/experience make up, turnover/assist ratio, ft shooting %, % of points scored in paint, outside paint, ft's, 3 pointers..... type of defense/s employed, bench depth.

at most rec books, we won't see them till tomorrow at the earliest is my guess. we'll see some lines out of the premium books.....and vegas books by 9:15 or so eastern time

at first glance I wouldn't take vermont unless they were + 20 or 21....

basically a home game for Syracuse.... but since Vermont doesn't have to change regions or time zones, I might take them at +19.5.....

but with the orange's style, athleticism, streaky shooting, and having 4-7 potential future NBA players/draftees..... I can't back vermont at anything in the teens.... the line will come out at -18

if i'm syracuse, I don't play Onuako in the first round unless they are close at halftime.....

he doesn't do the pre game shootaround or warm up before the game..... if it looks like it will be close at halftime, MAYBE I have him go back to the locker-room with 5 mins to go before the half and start getting loose... otherwise.. I give him the 2 extra days of rest.... and by that time if he is completely rested, a guy of his age with 9 days of rest should actually be stronger than any time before conference play started

Good point Chi-town. I don`t see Syracuse taking Vermont lightly after 2005. I read somewhere that Vermont fans are looking at this as a home game, as if Syracuse is a city in Greece or something. Orange are only 2 hours down I-90 from Buffalo. Vermont closer to 5.
