    I just finished responding to your other post complaining about SBR in the Betmania thread.

    I do not know what the issue is with email but we are not ignoring your complaint, the first of which was received the day before last. Email aside I answered you publicly above. We also offer a telephone number on our contact us page and of course, in the top right corner you can utilize Private Messaging.

    My advice is to have patience while I make contact with the most appropriate person for this complaint. I will update this thread and use PM for any sensitive information.

      I did call your 830-515-4122 number on your contact page. "Member has chosen to disconnect from the internet" or something to that effect was the message I got twice. And this still doesn't explain why SBR can't answer a simple email. You forced me to join your forum to bring this, and other issues, to light. These are things I would rather discuss one on one, but you have chosen to ignore my emails (8-10) and phone calls (2).

              good for you Hog. looks like i was screwed after all as i was in exact same situation with VIP a year ago. i proved all my points and ended up getting nothing

                I left VIP too after they cut my betting limt to $100. You get on a hot streak there and this is their polite way of showing you the door--so I took the hint. Since then my luck has been crap with the likes of Cascade and Betmania. At least Bookmaker finally went well--but only after SBR's influence. I feel like I hit a big win today.
