SBR forgot to change their clocks....

SBRodds needs to fix the start time for the games. Messed me up and I put a bet in before I should have. Spring ahead fellas!!!

We have a job at the server to adjust the daylight saving time and it did ran. Server clock is right now at 12:38pm, which is ok. Also I checked the setting and time zones are getting the right time conversion.
