Only use BetUS if you are going to lose! As far as the CC payments go, a lot of sites can process your card if you call the customer service #. I have seen cards get declined online, but approved over the phone. You can also use MoneyGram from any WalMart. Good luck!

If you use a CC I would expect it to reflect as a cash advance. It is the same with a lot of gaming sites if they process it for you.

What site would take ********** over the phone I have tried all the a b and c rated sports books I am at a loss right now of finding one.

I know that http://www.BetOnline.com accepts **********. They are an A- rated book. http://Intertops.com also takes **********. I think they're a B book. Intertops doesn't have many withdrawal methods right now and lower limits.
