They don't have deed poll in the US Vanman.

Here in Ireland, you can use any name you want. We don't have an official identification for use within the country. We do have the passport for travel, but a lot of Irish people don't use a passport because we don't need on to go the the UK, including the North.

The law in Ireland is that you can call yourself whatever you want, as long as you don't do so for some illegal purpose.

Don't know what the story is over there, but so long as you don't have any illegal purpose, I'd say you could call yourself Russ Hawkins all day long.

Even getting a credit card, so long as you do intend to pay it off.

But don't stake your freedom n my knowledge of us law.
