i'm fuking 60 and feel every second of it, I was doing well until 2 years ago and my fuking heart started , no clogged arteries but i am not my self I also have herniated discs in neck 2 , and 2 in my lumbar back , 2 knees from football, some damage to my eyes , both rotater cuff tears, nerve damage to both hands, loss of feeling in feet and hands,nueropathy, and the question was how old i was, you can add depression fuk it .
