Why are athletes allowed to use their god given "talents" (if you wanna call it that), and use their bodies to make a living but we dont extend that same right to bitches?

Lets face it, most girls are "talented" at sex so why not let them do something their actually good at?

If we're allowed to put shit like alcohol, junk foods, etc into our bodies knowing those things are harmful, why are we stopping bitches from using their vaginas to go whore themselves around?

the law usually needs a few decades to adjust to morale. so, if a large part of the population doesn't think of prostitution as immoral and therefore wants it to be illegal, the law will change someday and adjust to people's views.

I understand what you're saying. But there really are three sides to the law: legal, illegal, and shadowy. The light punishment for 'shadowy' is merely preventative. It has to do with the standards of a society.

I don't look at it from a perspective of government, because I lean heavily towards anarchism. What would you do, personally, if the woman was your daughter and brought up such a career choice?

FWIW, I don't trust government, but that doesn't meant that I do trust the people. Democracy is heavily flawed in that it gravitates towards the lowest common denominator. Why would I want the standards of society be determined by the lowest impulses? Why not have a society where people can truly manifest who they are?

Look at tribes, like the Native Americans. Do you think they had hookers? lol They had far too much respect for their kind.

Sure, I wouldnt want a daughter of mine to become a prostitute. But thats not grounds enough to make it illegal. In fact I could mention several jobs that I didnt want my daughter to take.

But I agree with you that this is not black or white. This is not a rational career choice for most people, and we should therefore help the women who are prostituting themselves against their own will.

But believe it or not, there are actually women who chose this career, and are happy with their choice.

Another point is, that I am not sure that you are helping the prostitutes by making it illegal. Thereby you are forcing them to attract customers in more shady places.

Great question Bill. I've been wondering that for years. There are so many completely insane laws in this country that very few people ever seem to question. Here's another one... I am watching TruTV right now, I just saw someone get killed. It was 100% real. I see people get shot nearly every single day on TV. I don't have a problem with that.
