I don't believe Justin was joking. Gary is on central time zone like Chicago and Notre Dame is on eastern time zone. So it makes sense that Gary sunset was much earlier than Notre Dame since there is one hour time difference.

I drive through Gary alot of times when I drive to or from Michigan or Indiana..... the place is unreal. It makes me feel alot better about my neighborhood.

New Orleans is pretty nasty in sections, but the French Quarter and the garden district make up for it and then some.

Archie, you know all about nasty neighborhoods, the west side of Chicago is almost as rough as the south side. With the projects all torn down now, or mostly, the problem has spread to the suburbs, Calumet City, Dolton, Riverdale, pretty much gangland now.

Compton is not that bad. Downtown L.A. Downtown S.D. Zona Este in Tijuana. Downtown St. Louis, Port of Spain, Trinidad, Queens, East NY, OKC, Memphis, all pretty bad.
