You need to see it. After the first episode, it has been pretty amazing.

Any gambler would love this show. There's sex, gambling, alcohol, and of course a lot of blood. But seriously, the show is well done. It's directed by Robert Tapert who did Herculese and Xena. It's on Starz though, and it's R+ (I think they call it "mature audiences").

It's been a long time since I've enjoyed a series from the "Swords and Skin" genre. Quite a pleasant diversion for an hour a week.

I didn't like it that much for the first couple episodes. There was "Too much cock". It gets a lot better after that though.
