Unfortunately, this stuff is considered funny on UK (betfair) forums. The guy is so unoriginal he can't even think it up for himself. Its been a standing joke for years (Platinum account etc) but betfair actually DO have account managers. I am sure matchbook will do in future as they will have to look after their biggest players/market makers (who I will take -10000 will not include Jamie_UK).

Matchbook is much more regulated than Betfair, I have heard betfair might be closing due to not disclosing financial docuements to UK Gov's
