VIP/TheGreek same contest software, any other relation?

I just went the pick 15 contest page of both Bet Jam and TheGreek both for the first today and my browser automatically entered my VIP.com fantasy saved user name and password into the log in screen at both sites.

Do both companies just use the same contest software or are they related in any other ways now?

It's likely it is the same software. Many share the same betting software as well. The two companies are not related in any way.
