$100 a month, give or take, alot depends on how long the lawn care guys run the irrigation each month. Even though its reclaimed water for the lawn its still not free

Even in Vegas(water shortage), my house water bill was never over 22 bucks...........and I took long showers, did tons of laundry, and irrigated the shrubs.
