He still is a legend in my book. He only killed when people broke the old rules of La Cosa Nostra. That babbling act was to keep out of prison. Even the feds said, it was VERY SUCCESSFUL for a long time. They spent YEARS trying to put him away, years. Sure, he died in prison but doing what he was doing running the notorious Genovese family, not really surprised. Especially since Feds were well aware of it all, they had a better understanding of it all then let's say when Gambino was in his prime. From the start of his criminal career he was a loose cannon. He would get arrested for robbing trucks, steeling stuff from Construction sites, etc. He was a good thug don't get me wrong and had a TON of charisma... but he was a SHITTY Don.
