I had a live chat convo with one of there customer service reps a little while ago, and obtained the info you were seeking.
Heres the transcript of the convo:
Dennis: Hello. How may I assist you today?
ELMER: How does the loyalty program work? Do you get dollar for dollar points. Than you redeem them? But is tha your money or is there a rollover?
Dennis: Ok... on your second question, the answer would be Yes... most of the times, we offer more points on combination plays...
Dennis: when you redeem them, it turns into Freeplay Bonus with a 5xRollover on them (or the winnings using the Freeplay)
Dennis: its works more or less like a rebate, with the chance of taking all with you in the end...
Dennis: (that is, if you cover the rollover)
Dennis: (just so you know, there is a table for the points per play on the Loyalty Program page... look for the link on the right side of the website, near the bottom)
