Dealing with two myself that the officer did not write the citation number on. Not sure how I handle this since I can't pull anything up online and calling the Clerk of Courts is useless.

Zboiz, are you in a state where you only pay court fees , last month i received my very first ticket in 42 years and i had seen him pull over a driver i was going the opposite way, i forgot on the way back, and he pulled him over , said he was going to give me a huge break ,paid court fees. I love the police they work very hard for us ,and put their lives in danger everyday.

Bottom line is states need money. Fines are not reduced anymore and tickets are higher. We are getting squeezed by everyone; how is the economy going to improve when people have no disposable income?

Tickets in NY state are air tight these days. They no longer write out anything...it is all done on the computer so there is no such thing as a cop forgetting to put a citation number, signing it, or anything to that nature that might get you out of it anymore.

My lawyer is always able to take care of mine though...it always costs me a pretty penny but he is good.
