Depends what the cop wrote on the ticket. Mine wrote "Bad Attitude" so that means no way in hell am I getting anything reduced.

ok....postponed....they only do one jury trial per week and the cute girl got to go first....I will have to wait a few more months to pull out the engineering study and try to confuse everyone with the 85% rule...
I have never lost in traffic court or property tax hearings. I'll take even money...
Extra - my favorite line I used years ago was when the D.A. get objecting and I finally "objected" to one of her questions. The judge said "you can't do that" and I responded..."Sorry, I just wanted to try that once".
I than tried to admit a phone book into evidence and was told you can't do that and I told the judge..."I promise this has relevance. If you ever saw the one episode of the Brady Bunch..." I had the jury laughing and won on that speeding ticket years ago.

I messed that post up...one jury trial per each time...I had the Monday 1:15 Court #2 Jury Trial docket..
They have one in the the AM and one in the PM each day for each court room....I am in Austin. There are not too many courts. I guess I will go back once or twice.

Apparently you have never been to Austin. It's a great town. I have only been back for the last 2 years.
Just about everyone I know that has been here has good things to say about Austin. Even most Aggies will admit it's a great city.
