I won $10,780.00 and was told that a credit player I referred was a dead beat so they applied my winnings to his tab. The player I referred was a high profile player that paid $22,000 and defaulted on the reamining $14,500. The player never won with WSEX. I honestly thought I was reffering a whale to WSEX and had the best intentions of every party involved. There was no way any one could have forseen a player with this kind of stature, possibly defaulting. I called and emailed WSEX before I made my deposit and was told my balance was 97 cents positive. I then sent $500 assuming they understood this was not my debt. They claim it was my debt and I was unavailiable. This is difficuilt to comprehend considering the numerous marketing emails I received from them. I have had the same cell phone for 10 years which I never received a message. The player defaulted in 2004.

#4Imagine,
Have you contacted the player who you referred? What you described sounds normal for a credit referral.Comment -

#6Absolutely I did. The guy I referred signed up 3 years ago and defaulted quickly. I tried getting him to make it right countless times and then lost touch. If he everyone reffered someone who lost $20k the sportsbooks would be in pretty good shapeComment -

#8If I'm lying about the credit then I just got flat stiffed $10,750. The credit part of the story is the only thing that gives wsex somewhat of a leg to stand on.Comment -

I mean its not like they lost money because of you, you gave them 20K from dead beat, they should send collections after him.
Unless you signed a contract with them stating your his cosigner, than you have no legal bearings at allComment
