I have ways of finding out just about anything I want to about anyone, numbers, addresses, relatives, etc.

No. You can't find that information for free. I used to work for a human-powered search engine, and we'd get this crap all the time. There is no free resource for cell phone info at this time.

I've heard good things about sites like Intellius, but they aren't free.

If you have access to Monster, Careerbuilder, HotJobs as an employer and the person was looking for a job at one time you can find it.

Iphone has an app called White Pages, looks up cell numbers, names, addresses & reverse look up also.

I have it, works great

Intellius also works but charges $4.99 per number/name...also works great.
