2 open teasers: arkansas st -.5 and portland -3

sun belt action, ark st bought down to -.5 (4 pt tease) and left one open spot

west coast conf action, portland bought down to -3 (5 pt tease) and left one open spot

conf tourney gms are hard fought and you sometimes cannot get much of a margin, but both of these teams are significantly stronger than the opponent so i'm hoping they play up to their levels today
