I've replied to this about 10 times today. Simple; those who transfer points will help with the costs of the points sytem. No one needs to transfer any points or pay any fees. Please go to a number of threads from today about that for more details. Its a bit stale now and every opinion I have on the points transfer fee subject has been typed for you to read.

I have had some trouble opening threads this evening but hopefully that will end soon. And of course, my search is disabled which sucks. I'm sure that is a server issue also and will be resolved shortly! I hope everyone is having as great a night as I am!

Points are valued at 15c a point based on their redemption value at the store. So if the tax generates 1000 points from transactions everyday this is $150 a day that is saved and does not have to be redeemed at the store. Now multiple that by 30, 90 or 120 days and here is your capital cost for the servers.
