Is anybody else getting cornholed by this Nucharge racket?
Going on a month now for an echeck withdrawal...the site says 3 to 5 days. I have 12 support tickets over the past two weeks that have been ignored. I sent them a little analysis of my account detailing that, even after their ridiculous fees, I am short nearly $1,400...totally ignored. Asked Bodog for help, they said sure, still waiting.
The worst thing is that you need to convert your funds to USD twice...once to transfer it from AUD to USD in your NuCharge account then when you move it to your ATM card it only transfers in AUD!! So you need to convert it to USD again! Then there is no way of knowing the fees the ATM will charge you for using a foreign ATM card.
To top off this giant steaming pile of shit, if you check the current exchange rates to and from USD to AUD, you'll find NuCharge always pockets an extra 3% on any conversion when compared to the prevailing market rates for that day.
