In searching the forums, I did not find one specifically dedicated to Bookmaker's performance on delivering timely payouts on larger sums. I am in the midst of dealing with them, and though I am not upset as of yet, I am getting....worried.
Story as follows: I have been a customer of theirs for a year or so, deposited a few times, cashed out a few times - all transactions less than 3k. Recently I hit a prop bet that I placed in the preseason on the Saints winning the Super Bowl. Won 10k. Since that time, I have been on a damn good run in basketball - having won over 100k. I requested a 3k payout twice via check. Those arrived within two days. Sweet. Seven days ago, I requested a bank wire of 9k. This is where things get sticky. I call daily and am being told that there is no record of a transaction number "yet" - but that I can expect to see it in my bank account "any moment." Same story....every day. Seven days in a row. Worrisome because I am not excited about 9k taking over a week to reach me. Nor am I excited about it potentially being lost or a mistake made and no one can offer me insight. NOR am I excited at this point that I still have nearly 100k in my BM account. Any feedback or tales of similar experiences would be greatly appreciated.
