JJ, fck an hourly rate. You want in on commission. Your primary objective here is to find out his clientele. Once you have this information you smooze these guys and offer them a sweeter deal. Maybe reduced juice maybe a slightly better line. You learn from your collections duties which guys are garunteed losers and offering them a better deal on the side with you is a solid investment. You'll also learn which of Tony's guys are potential winners as well and you avoid approaching them.

There is no downside to this JJ. What is Saprano gonna do if he finds out that you are stealing his most profitable players anyway, off you? I mean come'on how much worse off would you be belly up than you already are?
