Need tips on starting a sport betting firm
    Good day
I am new in this forum and i am aspiring to start up a small scale sport betting platform ! I have experiences in sports betting and i know all types of sports betting , However There seems to be a certain part of the "business" aspect of sport betting which i don't really know . I hear that in sports betting "the house always wins" please is this true and how , for example say the united states where going to play basketball with the congo and the match was open for betting , we all know how that match would turn out (at least the USA would have a 99% chance of winning ) and everybody would probably want to bet on the USA winning the match , so in such a situation how does the "house" win

Well for your example if the Congo was playing the USA....

The odds would reflect the game. Point spreads are the great equalizer. The house always wins in the end. Maybe not on every single game.. even with charging vig... but in the end with most gamblers. Most are recreational gamblers/squares. Even if they can pick a good percentage of winners its lack of proper money management that is ultimately their downfall.

The spread would be so high that it would be hard to take the US, but can you really bet on the congo either. half will bet one way half bet the other, the house wins.

You say you are experienced in sports gambling yet you ask a question like this! I'm not making fun, but what kind of sports gambling are we talking here?

Plus the house always has the edge because they are not gambling. Not only do they try to get the 10% or 5% or whatever vig, they are the agent. They aren't gambling. You are being forced to pick, they just take the action & get paid. Sometimes they get paid a little, sometimes alot, but they are getting paid.
