How much should you be betting a game if you use a service?
Many services are scams and bs all the time. However, there are a few services that are legit. The ones that comes to my mind is RAS and Helmut. I know his package from now until the end of the tourney is $249. I know for the whole season on totals it was $1000 correct?

RAS mentioned that if you bet less than $50 a game, its not really that useful to buy the service even for the rest of march but if you bet $100, its a good thing to get the best lines instead of finding his posted picks after the numbers are gone for the $249.

I don't want to talk about the now to end of March package. I want to talk about something like the full year or the month every month.

Assuming you were to purchase RAS total plays for 1 year for $1000, how much should you be at least betting per game? This year he's up 41.10 units if you get the lines he posted which should be available to all of those he got the service correct? Winning 40 units is a monster year and this is his best year so far. Last year he was up 20 units in totals.

How much would be the minimum you say you should be betting to actually pay $1000 for the service. I mean if you bet $100 a game, that be would idiotic. I'm guessing at least $500 a game minimum correct? The number i'm thinking about is 1K on a total and if you bought his service and got all his plays, you would be up $41,000 and subtract the 1,000 you would be up $40,000 after these 4 months which is very good. But can you actually always bet 1K on his totals in the online books?

Same with Helmut. He's the other totals guru and charges $1499 for the whole year. He did have a great and according to sportsmemo numbers he is 107/195 games so he still is up 10.2 units. Am i correct on this? If you did bet 1k on a total, you would still be up 10200-1499= $8701 which is still very good.

Do you guys agree that if you buy picks from proven handicappers like RAS and Helmut for $1000 and $1499 for the year, that you need to bet $500 minimum a play?

Also, does anyone know what is the maximum they can bet on an NCAA total on all books? I hear some books kick you out if u win too much and bet steam and these picks would be steam picks. From my head, i know 5Dimes, bookmaker and thegreek allows totals up to $500 a bet.

Do most of these bettors who bet RAS just use these 3 books and locals? I know BetJamaica don't have totals much and bodog rarely puts a total unless the game is a tv game. I know most don't use Betonline because i hear they ban you after 1 or 2 steam picks. If a book kicks a player for winning just by betting RAS or Helmut plays, then how in the world can someone make money? When they say a bet is maximum $500, do they mean you can only bet $500 and thats it? Or can you bet $500 now and then another $500 in 10 minutes assuming the line is still the same. I'm assuming you can bet another $500 if the line changed right?

I haven't betting a game since December a few months ago so i won't be buying this service this month but will consider it next year. I also don't bet these amounts in a total so if i would, i know i need to bet more and don't have the money to bet these amounts at the moment. I wouldn't consider any other services whethers it for NBA for MLB etc but these 2 services i know are legit.

If your bankrolling 1 to 2k forget about paying for a service. Most are posted for free on SBR's Service Play forum. @ 10k? about 200.00 a selection or follow their unit rating. A unit is 1% of your bankroll and increases/decreases throughout the season. A conservative approach would entail making a unit about .5% of your bankroll. Betting over 10 units using this strategy on any single selection is ill advised.

Again, Don't EVER bet over 10 units....your average play should be 3 which I would put in the 150 to 200 range (aggressive) , 75- 100 (conservative) with a 10k bankroll.
