man, you really hate snow. snow wasn't a big deal at first, but it has been a fukkin month since i saw my lawn. and i didn't mind the snow as much as the cold. it didn't get out the 20s for like 3 straight weeks with lows around 0. when it goes up to 45 this weekend i'm breaking out shorts and a tee shirt.
good thing you didn't move to Texas

Yes
The sky is yellow brown and the plants are smart as the people
But we Philadelphians have a fondness for our brethren on the other end of the state
The same way you have a fondness for the "special needs" cousin at the family picnic

what snow on hills? the mayor said 25% of the snow removal equipment is broke and the budget is fukked now cause they spent over $3 mil on snow removal. of course i live in a suburb and our snow removal people did a great job.

no NBA is the correct answer....
also don't forget Paul coffey, Alexei Kovalev, Robert Lang, Martin Straka, Kevin Stevens, Mark Recch
Pens have surely had some players with great seasons..... didn't they have Mario, Jagr, Kovalev, Lang, and Straka all together at one time?

the original intent of this post was to illustrate that Penguins fans have been quite spoiled. I was watching the game last night and sometimes it is important to reflect on our good fortune. We got to see the best player of all-time raise 2 Stanley Cups. We got to see Jagr, who was the best player in the NHL for a few years. Now we got to see Crosby and Malkin win a Cup. All 4 of those guys will be hall of famers, assuming Malkin and Crosby play for another 8-10 years each.
i was saving the 6 Superbowls for another time.
and don't give me shit about gretzky, he played against goalies without masks and the butterfly was still a band-aid.

I'd just say everything sucks about pittsburgh besides your hockey players and sort of your football team. Boston is where its at sports wise, and I don't think anybody can argue that.

haha it was a joke...Obviously big ben is solid. As much as I love Boston, unless Danny Ainge gets his shit together, our sports runs is going to slow down. Pats I'm not worried about, Red Sox will figure it out and get one more bat, Celtics need to make some major moves to get younger though. And I can't say I care about the Bruins, they just choke every year. Apparently the Revolution are good too? But who follows MLS?

Pennsylvania is such a wonderful state to live in. The weather is terrible. The women would be turned down at hog slaughterhouses. All the major cities are broke. People are leaving the state as fast as they can. Pennsylvania is actually going to lose a seat in Congress. But you do have good sports teams. Now there is a good reason to live somplace. Our Hockey team is good. The fact that I can not afford to go to a game is totally besides the point. Duh.......

who are the Pirates?
not worried about the Pats? last superbowl win was when? the Celtics avg age is 53. it's over. they bought their title and now it is just slow rotting decay on display. does anyone watch MLB?
funniest part about the major cities being broke all the time, and the state sucking in general, is these fukking morons keep voting Democrat ever election cycle. think they would catch on after the 5th or 6th time, but they don't.
as for the women. you are dead on. there are absolutely no hot chicks here at all. everyone stay away.
on the real though. i love shopping with my son during the week. hot chicks everywhere. Giant Eagle in my neighborhood....i don't know what it is, but every hot chick shops there. i go to other neighborhoods or to Wal-mart, definitely drop-off in quality.

Good luck setting them straight Stat. Those that type something negative are most likely jealous or not too smart. At the very least they were never taught by there parents to say nothing if you have nothing nice to say. So ultimately who is the real loser?

Before I catch hell for my last comment I want to answer my own question. The real loser is those of us that have to live amongst negative people, the retards and the haters. Wish us luck!

Not worried about the pats because we have great ownership and continue to win. Once Brady stops modeling (which after this year he probably will never be a softy again) we will be back to normal. Celtics are getting older, but Rondo is a good piece to have, and I think we can transition well with a good signing this offseason. And since you think HOCKEY is super popular, I can't fault you for not realizing that MLB is way more widely watched than that poorly marketed league called the NHL.
