touch screen keyboard is a little tricky and you need to get use to it.

Wi-Fi built in

Drawback is not on a high speed data network yet for web/mail

It will be a long term winner, Apple is the best tech company out there.

I love Apple. My Ipod and Macbook Pro are my favorite things to play with. I wanted the phone when it first came out but decided to wait for all the bugs to be fixed.
