We wanted to make sure the system and site were restored and secured before bringing things back online and you will see that we are requiring all forum users to reset their password as a precautionary step.

Its idiots like this guy why there needs to be a "loser-pays" system put in place to prevent ridiculous lawsuits such as this. While the poor will screech about it, if they truly have a case then they can always get their lawyer to put up the money necessary to compensate the winning defensive side in the event their case is thrown out of court. If they can't find a lawyer to do this, then they shouldn't be allowed to file the lawsuit. NO FREE LOTTERY TICKETS!!!
