It's the same with sportsbooks. If I open an account from work and my wife opens an account from home but we both place bets from home and the book catches you they confiscate your balance and kick you out. Since points can be redeemed for free plays and cash at books this is the reason you can't have accounts from same IP. This is something the sponsors who pay the bills here have requested. The issue is not if the two persons are different, which everyone knows they are, its's a legal issue.
