Need to drop some pounds and it's too frigging cold/snowy/rainy every day to go running... so started doing this 30-Day Shred routine... seems pretty cool, a good 20-minute workout.
Anyone else do this stuff? How often should I be doing it, like every day or every other day?
Should I combine regular weight-lifting in too, I do that at home sometimes with my dumbbells.
