When newbies always ask this question I tell them the same thing.

I join the weekly cbb & combo contest every week. Alot of times I place for points. Led the combo all week & got beat out by a point yesterday & got 2nd place. 1st place in cbb contest. small point investment for big point payout, plus it forces you to pick alot of games, which in turn helps in your capping skills & pay attention to games/teams you might overlook and helps you find value in them later. Joining the contests are just another tool to hone skills and earn points, but I seem to be one of the very few PT guys who takes advantage of this. I just got 370 points for a 42 point investment.
I know you usually join them JJ, but good luck beating me!!!

Ok jj I got the best way. Put all ur points on a ml bet tonite. On te biggest favorite tonite in NBA. It's for sure points!!!!!
