hit ctrl and prtscrn at the same time....then copy and paste into paint and save it as a .jpg, then upload to tinypic.com

press the prt sc (printscreen) button on your keyboard, open paint program, ctrl+v to open it there. you can save that as a graphics file on your harddrive also as another option
