I'm so FUKKING pissed right now. College Football kicks off in less than 2 hrs, and I cannot get into my Matchbook account.

Every other site comes up so quickly, but Matchbook seems to take forever (on most occasions) and right now when I need it the most, the site loads but I cannot place a wager because my account won't open up.

Am I the only one who goes through this crap with their website?

    Any solutions?

    This is such fukkin bullshit

I understand my friend. That would make me crazy too.
Good luck, I hope you get in very soon.

    Don't you have another out?

Dante, I've got other outs, but Matchbook is my main out. 40% of my BR there. To not have it available right now when I need it is absolutely, 100%, unacceptable.

Mr. X, I have tried all 3 browsers, although the main one I use is Mozilla.

I should add that every other website, offshore or not, is loading up just fine for me..

I finally got in with Internet Explorer, but had to call my local Cable company to bump up my speed from 2nd highest speed (out of 4), to the highest speed. Another expense, but at least I am into the site..

Bass, I just wanted to see the offers and see if there was anything outlandish that I might grab.

Anyhow, others are saying they have never had any problems but I find it hard to believe that every site I go to, offshore or otherwise, loads up quickly, yet Matchbook does not. I cannot be the only one having these problems.

Durito, Bass, which browser are you guys using?

I use Mozilla Firefox almost exclusively, and it rarely if ever gives me problems with any websites.

Oddly enough, I am having the most success (right now) with getting into Matchbook using IE

I use Firefox also, never had any problems. I don't think it was your connection speed that was preventing you from accessing the page, probably just a random error. I have cable also but if I downgraded to the cheapest package it'd still be faster than DSL.

                          No problems here with Firefox.

Are you running the latest version (2.0.0.6)? Have you tried clearing the cache?

                            Yes, and yes.

Not having any problems with IE so I guess that will be my browser of choice for MB. Sucks because IE's security is crap, but I really don't see another choice because Firefox and NetScape are not loading the page most of the time, and when they do load it, I cannot login.

Very strange. Well, I'm sure you've tried removing the matchbook.com cookies as well. But if you haven't, I'd give that a try.

It bears mentioning again that Matchbook is working on my IE browser, so all is well in the world again. For a while there I thought I was gonna get severely punished for having so much of my BR there.

Anyhow, thx for the help fellas, and I truly hope my gripes here earlier today do not discourage others from depositing there. Everything has been pretty good aside from the log-in problems today. Now that it has been squared away, Matchbook is very cool in my book.

Another good "REFRESH" for any pages that don't load properly is CTRL F5, this will hard refresh your website and grab all the new pages and stuff. Generally works when I have problems logging a page, though your internet speed factor should not have played into you not being able to log on with certain browsers.

LOL, more Matchbook problems. I can access the site with IE and Netscape, I can log-in, but I cannot see the bet offers.

                                      This is unbelievable.

When Matchbook first loads, it says to use IE 5.5 or above, or Mozilla Firefox. I'm not sure if this is a shot in the dark, but perhaps some sort of Adobe Flash Player is required to properly display everything. All my drivers and stuff are up to date so I'm not sure if that's the issue you're having.
