I royally screwed this up, so anyone who wants to tell me I am an amateur omelet maker, I will take any criticism that will help me in the future. I think I had the pan on too high. I will try a lower temp next time. Maybe I will make another omelet attempt next week. It still tasted really good...make sure you have the dill...

No razor news John Anthony. BTJ talks a big game, but has yet to post a picture of himself or do a video. You know what that means. He must be really bored of eating cheetos and jacking off to trannies today. That's okay, there's always tomorrow and the next day. I have never had to worry about women. In fact, Naughty Mommy can prove that I have a GF and have had one for some time. Beantown you're attempts at humor fall pretty short. The facts are I have had glasses for a long time. I refuse to wear contacts, but I can see up close pretty well without glasses. My prescription is moderate by any standard. If I had to, I could drive without them.

put the tomatoes and onions onto the oil first and then dump the egg a minute later. eggs are my specialty i make them almost 4 times a week.

Great video man. Leaned MSU too but passed, think your on the right side of that along with langer. I make sorta the same thing but I fry the bacon first, let the grease and shit soak into a paper towel. I whisk the eggs and use butter in the same pan, then after dropping the eggs in the pan, I break up the bacon and drop it in the egg, spread out before it whitens up. Then when it whitens up I cover the c ircle with 6 pieces of american cheese over the bacon and let it melt. I dont flip it I flop it on a plate like a pancake. Sometimes I make a side of scrapple to go with this, depending on how hungry my fat ass is, and 2 pieces of toast always. Try it sometime, its f**kin awesome.

Illini, how is your diet? Give me a breakdown of what and where you're eating in a week (on average). I know you got the dough. Do you use it to eat healthy?

I generally east healthy during the week and cheat on weekends.

I don't eat the healthiest but I have been a vegetarian for 16 years. I haven't had chicken, Fish or red meat since I was 20. I don't eat anything with a face, unless it's a hot latina in stockings and a garter belt.

It's funny because none of my friends are Vegan. I literally have been offered 2k to eat a Mcdonalds Hamburger and wouldn't do it. I told them make it 10 and I would do it. I tried to explain what is 2k going to do for me for years of being a certain way. I know for a fact I will never eat Chicken, Meat or Fish ever again. Not sure about other places but here in Santa Barbara there are many places to eat if you live this lifestyle. Also tons of Grocery Stores but rarely go into them.

I eat a lot Soy products, Tempeh, Tofu, etc etc. My favorite thing to eat is Kung Pao Chicken (soy)

you are an anti-talent in the chicken and you should try to take advantage of your frightening lack of skills. My suggestions...
Your theory is a good one about having the space to flip, but if your skillet is a little smaller, it will force a thicker layer of egg, which should be help prevent your omelette from breaking apart. Milk and lower heat will also allow better handling.
You could cook me breakfast anytime though.

Two tips for no omelette breakage. If it's a 4 egg omelet for example use only two yolks and all whites. Add a little bit of water in the egg mixture. Do not use too much ingredients, cook on low heat and use a tefal coated skillet.

The pan was too big. That is for certain. I've done it before with a medium pan with better results. I used 4 eggs and all the yolks so I need to make that change as well. I could minimize the ingredients, not hard, add milk, this is coming along nicely...
