I have used a lot of books over the years. I can honestly tell you none of them even come in the same ballpark in Customer Service as Heritage.

Strictly on CUSTOMER SERVICE, I would have to agree, never been with better(and been with 200+ sportsbooks).

I used to love the BET365 customer service, their clerks were outstanding.
