Oh cmon. This celebration should have been reserved for behind closed doors. I mean. They didn't even take it to the locker room. There are so many provisions of the Olympic Charter that this violates. And to boot there is an underage drinker who was likely supplied the alcohol by her teammates.

It is not an American standard that was violated here. The drinking age is 19, that is a law (i.e. a form of standard). I don't think the medals should be stripped or the players kicked out of the village but they should be reprimanded and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
