How does betjamica transfer card work?
"Apply today for your BetJamaica Transfer Card. This new Transfer Card allows you to easily request a withdrawal from your account to the Transfer Card. The current banking network allows for the BetJamaica cash card to receive up to $1000 USD weekly.
Due to increasing banking fees we are forced to start charging a processing fee of $20.00 per withdrawal. This charge will be effective as of January 1, 2010.

The BetJamaica Transfer Card is available to qualified account holders who have an active account for at least 30 days prior to the request. To apply for your Transfer Card please use this link.

Debit Card withdrawal processing hours: 8:00 am - 12 pm Eastern Mon-Fri. Effective as of August 20th, 2008 **Please note: Effective 12/04/2009 payouts to the BetJM card will be maximum of $1000 every seven days.

To request a withdrawal to your Transfer Card please use this link."

So say I requested the withdrawal on my transfer card. How do I get the funds out of my transfer card? Also can you use your monthly free withdrawal on the transfer card?

So I got the info. It is basically a debit card that cost $35, + $20 per withdrawal. You can withdrawal up to $1000 per week. The withdrawal fee is a little steep but pretty convenient.
