Books with best and worst "live chat" support?

Live chat has made its way to more books in the last few years. Which books have you had the best and worst experiences with?

Areas to rate would be:
- Accuracy/consistency of answers given
- Courtesy
- Timeliness (did they answer a chat or was it "closed")
- Quality/personal responses (or did it seem like the response was cut and pasted?)

Actually I've only used live chat with one book & that was bookmaker. It was a girl & she was very helpful & patient. I was inquiring about the free cash play I got from here. At first she acted as if she really didn't understand a couple of the questions I was asking but she ended up being very helpful & courteous. I would give her an A- and told sam that after I talked with her.

BetPheonix (maybe not spelling it right) Was great everytime I talked to them, especially when I got the 100 dollar free bet bonus. I was wondering what were the rules and they explained it clearly.
Intertops is okay. I like that in the live chat, you can asked to be transferd to a manger, and they will do it right in the live chat. I had to do this when i withdrew money and for some reason i was charged a 30 dollar fee, and my bank said they charge no fees for incoming bank wires. They said they will give me a one the exception and gave it to me.
